General Terms

By using the Goldfalez website and placing orders, you agree to these terms. Goldfalez reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Orders & Payment

All orders are subject to availability. Prices are displayed in the currency of your selected region and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Payment is due at the time of order unless B2B terms have been agreed separately.

Pricing

We strive to ensure all prices are accurate. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund. B2B pricing is available upon request for qualified business customers.

Shipping & Delivery

Delivery times vary by destination. Standard shipping within Europe is 5-10 business days, Middle East 7-12 days, and other regions 10-20 days. We are not responsible for customs delays or additional import duties in your country.

Returns & Refunds

Undamaged items in original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Custom-made and personalised items are non-returnable. Refunds are processed within 10 business days of receiving the return. Shipping costs for returns are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective.

Limitation of Liability

Goldfalez is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product in question.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ankara, Turkey.
